Some Hyatt hotels release award (free-night) space so rarely that a standard-room points stay is close to unbookable. These are the aspirational properties where haiya sees the least award availability. Each hotel is ranked by the share of forward-year nights WE HAVE CHECKED on which we have seen standard-room award space — the hotel at the top has seen none at all — and the percentage underneath is that hotel's own one-night open-rate over roughly the next three months. Both are within-hotel numbers, not a cross-property score, and a hotel appears here only once we have checked enough of its year to say anything.

Ranked by how much of the year they open

The first line is that hotel's own forward year — how many of the next 366 nights we have seen standard-room award space, at any length of stay. The percentage under it is its one-night rate over the next 90 days. Both are within-hotel numbers.
