Haiya booking guide

Free Hyatt award alerts: what you can track

Haiya offers two free email alerts for standard-room Hyatt points stays. Each free alert covers a two-day check-in window and a one-night stay. Pick a hotel and dates you would book, then confirm your email to receive matches.

How do I set a free Hyatt award alert?

Open a hotel calendar and select your check-in dates. Choose a one-night stay and a standard room, then select the alert button. Review the dates before saving and verify your email. Your alerts page shows whether checks are still filling in and whether a match has been found.

When is the free plan enough?

A free alert is useful for a specific one-night stop or a short list of dates at one hotel. For example, watch a Saturday check-in at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme. If your plans change, pause or replace an alert instead of leaving both free slots on trips you no longer want.

When would I need Pro?

Consider Pro when your actual trip needs a wider check-in window, a two-to-seven-night stay, more active alerts, or suite and premium-room monitoring. Compare the current limits and price on the pricing page before upgrading. Paying for monitoring does not reserve a room or guarantee that award space will open.

Does an email mean the room is reserved?

No. An alert reports a matching observation. Availability may change between the check, the email, and your visit to Hyatt. Open Hyatt with the same dates, stay length, room type, and occupancy to confirm the price and complete the booking.
