Haiya booking guide

How to read a Hyatt points availability calendar

Read a Hyatt award calendar as a set of observations for a specific stay length and room type. Open means a matching search returned availability; unchecked means there is not enough evidence for that selection. A points price alone does not mean the stay is still bookable.

Does an empty date mean sold out?

Not necessarily. A date may be unobserved for your selected room, occupancy, or stay length. Check the calendar's coverage and update information. An unknown result should lead to a direct check or more monitoring, not a conclusion that the hotel has no award rooms.

How do I compare points costs?

Compare the same room type and length of stay across dates. A per-night figure is different from the total for a multi-night booking. Haiya's hotel pages show observed points tiers when enough pricing evidence exists; the lowest observed price may apply to only a few dates and may no longer be available.

Can I send the exact calendar to someone?

Use Share calendar on a hotel page after choosing your dates, stay length, and room selection. It shares a link to those calendar choices so your travel companion can inspect the same trip. It does not share your account or create an alert for the recipient.

What does past opening history tell me?

History describes openings Haiya observed within its stated coverage window. Days without observations are not evidence of no availability. Past openings help you understand what was seen, but do not predict a release date or guarantee future space.
