Hyatt points price report: observed hotel starting prices

A hotel's lowest observed points price is a starting point for research, not a quote for your trip. This report groups Haiya's observed hotel starting prices by category and links to example calendars. It is recalculated daily from existing monitoring data.

Data refreshed (UTC). Starting prices can change.

What do the numbers measure?

For each included hotel, we take the lowest per-night points price in the latest rollup of available standard-room stays across the next year. A starting price may require more than one night. We then report the median of these hotel starting prices within each category; it is not the median price of every night or a Hyatt award chart.

Which hotels qualify?

A hotel must support standard-room awards, have at least 90 distinct forward check-in dates represented in the rollup, have a positive observed starting price, and have both a hotel check and a rollup within the last 72 hours. Categories with fewer than five qualifying hotels are omitted. Coverage of dates does not mean that every date was checked within 72 hours.

How should I use this report?

Use it to choose calendars to investigate, then select your actual dates, room, occupancy, and stay length. The examples are the lowest observed starting prices in each included category, not a ranking of hotel quality. Some properties or dates are not covered. Confirm the current total and terms with Hyatt before booking.
